Price adjustments, exchanges and merchandise returns will void the rebate on the items adjusted, exchanged and/or refunded. Rebate check will be mailed approximately 6 weeks after rebate form submission.  All rebates must be submitted on official Main Street Forge Rebate Submission Form and include all required information to be eligible to receive rebate.
